Q: What information and materials will I need to provide?

A: We'll ask you to complete a detailed form and participate in a two-hour interview to gather the essence of your journey. Additionally, we'll need your cherished engagement and wedding photos, vows, and any other special mementos you'd like to feature in your magazine.

Q: How long does it take to create the magazine from start to finish? What's the typical turnaround time?
 

A: The typical turnaround time is approximately 2-4 months. This timeframe accounts for the interview, design process, your review and approval of the draft, printing, and shipping. The sooner the draft is approved, the quicker you'll receive your magazine.
 

Q: Will I have the opportunity to review the magazine before it's printed?
 

A: Absolutely! We want to ensure you adore your magazine. We'll send you a digital draft for your review, allowing you to request minor adjustments to text and photo placement. Please note that extensive revisions beyond these initial tweaks may incur an additional fee.
 

Q: What if I don't have a lot of photos or detailed stories for certain parts of our relationship? Can you still help?
 

A: Absolutely! As a custom magazine business, we're here to help you tell your story, no matter the amount of initial material. We can schedule a brainstorming session to discuss key moments and explore how best to represent them in your magazine.
 

Q: Can we include physical items like ticket stubs or handwritten notes in the magazine?
 

 A: Yes, please do! We love incorporating those personal touches. The more details and memorabilia you include, the richer and more unique your magazine will be.
 

 

Pricing and Ordering

 

Q: What is your shipping policy, and how much does shipping cost?

Q: How long will it take to receive my finished magazine after it's shipped?
 

A: Once your magazine is printed and on its way, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it's dispatched.

About Your Finished Magazine

 

Q: Can I order additional copies of my magazine in the future?

​

A: Yes! Once your magazine design is finalized, it will be available in our shop for easy reordering. Additional copies are available at a separate cost, with a maximum price of $150 per extra magazine.

Q: Will my photos and stories be kept private and secure?

​

A: Your magazine is password protected in our shop, however, Sonder will share parts of your magazine on our socials/website. If you have any problem with this please contact us.

Q: How long will my magazine be saved? Can I repurchase in 5-10 years from now?

​

Rest assured, your magazine will be permanently stored on our servers, meticulously organized by year, month, and title. For added security, a copy of your file is also maintained on our printing vendor's system.

About Sonder

 

Q: Could you tell me more about the design team and your experience?

​

 A: Sonder is a labor of love, primarily run by me, Landee Gutshall. My husband, Ty Kneib, occasionally lends his support as well. I've been a passionate Graphic Designer for over eight years, and this business allows me to combine my design expertise with my genuine joy in hearing and celebrating unique love stories. I feel a deep connection with every couple I work with.

Q: Can I request a magazine with more than 84 pages?

A: Absolutely! If you envision a more extensive magazine exceeding 84 pages, we'd be happy to discuss the possibilities and any associated pricing adjustments.
